Hybrid training

Hybrid is an 8-week program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall athletic performance. Whether your goal is to boost stamina, increase functional strength, or develop a well-rounded fitness routine, this program is tailored to support your progress.

We offer Hybrid training in two formats: private coaching for a fully personalized approach or group classes for a motivating, team-driven environment. Over the 8 weeks, you’ll follow a structured plan combining gym sessions, targeted workouts, and expert coaching to ensure you get the most out of your training.

Hybrid personal training class.

Hybrid Coaching

This 8-week program combines personal training, online coaching, group classes, nutrition support, and weekly check-ins. You'll have the choice of working with either Luke or Emily, who will guide you through a tailored plan. The program includes 2-3 gym sessions per week, with the flexibility to incorporate home workouts if needed.

The best part? There’s no need to coordinate schedules - we provide a structured plan that you can follow at times that suit you. Your coach will check in regularly, making adjustments as needed to ensure you stay on track. Plus, one of us will always be in the gym while you're training for support. This program is fully personalized to fit your goals and lifestyle.

Elite Hybrid Group Program

Train as part of a supportive group of up to 12 people at 7:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and

Thursdays. Every exercise is designed to be achievable, with variations available to suit different abilities.

This is more than just a workout - it’s a camaraderie-driven class led by Emily and me. The team pushes hard, encourages each other, and brings great energy to every session. You’ll also have the option to choose either Luke or Emily as your coach throughout the program.
