At WillBfit Mummies, we know that being a new mum can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you and your little one can focus on fitness and well-being together.

This class is designed specifically for mums-to-be, new mums with their newborns, and anyone recovering post-surgery. Led by our fully qualified Pre and Postpartum Personal Trainer, Emily, the sessions focus on rebuilding core strength and supporting pelvic floor recovery - all while your little ones play.
